Σημαντική Διάκριση για το Τμήμα στο 21ο Διεθνές Συνέδριο “Generative Systems”

Με ιδιαίτερη χαρά και υπερηφάνεια ανακοινώνουμε ότι η επιστημονική εργασία με τίτλο «SystemsVirtual Reality Application for Enhanced Cognitive Rehabilitation and Occupational Therapy», των Μιχάλη Κοσμίδη, Ιωάννη Κανσιζόγλου, Βασιλικής Μπαλάσκα, Αθανάσιου Ψωμούλη, Daniel Bratanov και του Αντώνιου Γαστεράτου, απέσπασε το Best Poster Award στο 21ο Διεθνές Συνέδριο “Generative Systems”, που πραγματοποιήθηκε στην Αλεξανδρούπολη στις 2–6 Ιουνίου 2025. Η βράβευση αυτή αποτελεί επιβράβευση της καινοτόμου και διεπιστημονικής έρευνας που διεξάγεται στο Τμήμα Μηχανικών Παραγωγής και Διοίκησης του Δημοκρίτειου Πανεπιστημίου Θράκης, στον τομέα της επεκτεταμένης πραγματικότητας. Αποδεικνύει έμπρακτα τη διαρκή προσήλωση του Τμήματος στην επιστημονική αριστεία και τη σύνδεση της μηχανικής με τις επιστήμες υγείας.

Prestigious Distinction for the Department at the 21st International Conference “Generative Systems”

We are proud to announce that the paper “SystemsVirtual Reality Application for Enhanced Cognitive Rehabilitation and Occupational Therapy”, authored by Michail Kosmidis, Ioannis Kansizoglou, Vasiliki Balaska, Athanasios Psomoulis, Daniel Bratanov, and Antonios Gasteratos, was honoured with the Best Poster Award at the 21st International Conference “Generative Systems”, held in Alexandroupolis, Greece, from 2–6 June 2025. The award highlights the innovative research conducted at the Department of Production and Management Engineering of the Democritus University of Thrace in the field of extended reality. This recognition underscores the department’s ongoing commitment to scientific excellence and impactful interdisciplinary research at the intersection of engineering and health sciences.
