Postgraduate MSc Program
The Postgraduate Program aims at the further promotion of knowledge, the development of research, the satisfaction of the educational, research, social, cultural, and developmental needs, the high-level specialization of graduates in theoretical and applied areas of specific cognitive disciplines, special thematic units, or cognitive field subjects.
The MSc is addressed both to recent graduates or graduates (provided that a certificate of completion of studies will be presented, in order to register), as well as to employees / executives. Consequently, it covers the needs of integration into the labor market with increased qualifications, specialized knowledge and skills but also of those who are already employed and wish to strengthen their scientific / professional profile and update their knowledge. The number of entrants per year is set at a maximum of fifty-50 postgraduate students.
The normal duration of study is set at a minimum of three (3) semesters, which include the time for any preparation and submission for evaluation of a dissertation. The duration of the dissertation cannot be less than six (6) months. Also, the possibility of part-time study is offered to working students, the duration of which cannot be less than five (5) semesters. Part-time study is also provided for non-working postgraduate students who are unable to meet the minimum requirements of the full-time program and for particularly extremely serious cases. Postgraduate students are required to complete their postgraduate studies within five (full-time) or nine (part-time) semesters.
Required Qualifications
Holders of a degree from the first cycle of studies of Universities (Universities and T.E.I.) are admitted to the Postgraduate Program. (Positive, Technological and Economic direction) of the domestic or recognized foreign equivalent institutions, as defined by the Ministry of Education, Research and Religious Affairs, whose degree has been recognized by the D.O.A.T.A.P. (Hellenic National Academic Recognition and Information Center – Hellenic NARIC). For foreign candidates, they must have an adequate knowledge of the Greek language (in accordance with the provisions of Law 2083/92).
