Panagiotis Marhavilas graduated as an Electrical & Computer Engineer from the Democritus University of Thrace (DUTh) in Xanthi/Greece, and received his first Ph.D. in “Space Electrodynamics” from the Department of Electrical Engineering & Computer Engineering (EECE)/ DUTh, and his second Ph.D. in “Safety Science and Risk Assessment with an emphasis on Industries and Constructions” from the Department of Production & Management Engineering (PME)/ DUTh.
