Anastasios Diamantidis is an Assistant Professor, in Production and Management Engineering Department, Democritus University of Thrace. He has been a lecturer in the Department of Management and Economics at the International Department of the University of Sheffield and the School of Health and Related Research of University of Sheffield (UK). He is an instructor of the Hellenic Open University for the Unit “Introduction to the Management of Enterprises and Organizations” (DEO11). He graduated from the Department of Economics of the University of Macedonia, and he holds a master’s degree in Financial Economics and Financial Systems of the University of Greenwich. He holds a PhD from the Production and Management Engineering Department, Democritus University of Thrace. He is a Certified member of the Higher Education Academy, UK. He has published various scientific articles in the international bibliography (journals and conference proceedings). He was awarded the International Emerald Literati Award 2020 for the published research Diamantidis A. D. and Chatzoglou P. D., (2019), “Factors affecting employee performance: An empirical approach”, International Journal of Productivity and Performance Management. His current research interests include topics related to personnel management, organizational behavior, knowledge management. His teaching portfolio includes Human Resource Management, Leadership and Organizational Behavior, Information Systems Management, Research Methodology, etc.
